What Does It Mean to Be a Certified Sonas Provider?
Becoming a Certified Sonas Provider shows a commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care. Each certified organisation has:
Trained staff with valid Sonas Practitioner Licences (SPLP)
Demonstrated ongoing use of the Sonas Programme in their care practice
Maintained a strong focus on communication, sensory engagement, and quality of life for residents
Renewed certification every two years through Engaging Dementia

The Benefits of Being a Certified Provider
This certification assures residents and their families that your nursing home has at least two trained SPLPs. Your Nursing Home will receive a 10% discount on all our courses and on the Annual International Dementia Conference. You will receive certification marketing materials to display in your Nursing Home and on your website and your Nursing Home will be listed as a Certified Provider on our Website.
