The Irish Dementia Cafe Network brings together dementia cafes across Ireland — each guided by shared principles of inclusion, understanding, and respect. The network supports local cafes to connect, share best practices, and start new cafes in communities nationwide. Through this growing network, we aim to make every community a place where people living with dementia and their families feel seen, supported, and understood.
A dementia cafe is a welcoming, once-monthly meeting for anyone affected by dementia. It’s a relaxed social setting where people can share experiences, exchange ideas, and enjoy meaningful conversation.
