Exhibition and Advertisement space at the 14th International Dementia Conference

15th and 16th of Nov 2022 – in person at Croke Park and virtually online

We have a number of available bundles for exhibition spaces with a special rate for charities and non-profit organisations, as well as a limited number of information/advertisement display spaces also. Products relevant to the audience of the conference and needs of those living with dementia may be sold on exhibition tables (an Irish VAT number has to be provided).

The conference is the largest dementia conference in Ireland and had approx. 350 attendees per year, prior to Covid. In 2022 we are going even further by running a hybrid event, offering both in person and online attendance options, so your organisation will have the potential for even greater exposure than before.

Prices and details of each are below:

Exhibition Space Type 1: Charity Stand 3m x 2m Price = €800

This option is available to non-profits and charities and includes 2 exhibitor passes to the conference.

Exhibition Space Type 2: General Stand 6m x 2m Price = €1200

Option 2 is available to all persons and includes 3 exhibitor passes to the conference

Note: Each space includes table/s, two chairs, access to one electrical socket, and WiFi


All Exhibitors will also available of added publicity via:

  • Logo and company description on conference website
  • Logo on conference programme both printed and online
  • List of attendees who agree to share their contact details with sponsors by giving their consent upon registration, to be shared after the conference


Information or Advertisement Space Information

Price: €100 for entire conference

  • A 2m x 2m floor space will be provided for display of a standard size pop-up poster/roll up banner (Generally, 800mm wide) as well as table space for up to 2 flyers (max A4 in size per flyer)
  • Content must be relevant to the conference audience: those living with dementia, family carers and supporters, and healthcare professionals.
  • The display will be unmanned/unattended. No further items may be placed around the poster/banner and no physical products to be sold.
  • This does not include any passes or tickets to the conference. Poster/Banners may be dropped into the welcome desk the morning of the first day if a representative is not attending the conference. All items must be collected end of day on the second day of the conference.
